Dec '25
Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of a previous extension to make way for a new rear and side extension to a substantial period property in Bathgate.
Jan '26
Planning and Building Warrant has recently been granted for a contemporary two storey split level wrap around extension to a 1.5 storey dwelling in Linlithgow.
Work is due to start early 2026.
FEB '26
Planning permission has been granted for the refurbishment and extension of a 2 storey dwelling in Linlithgow.
The proposed works consists three 2 storey extensions and reconfiguration of the internal layout.
