THE DESIGN PROCESS
Working with Pink Architecture is a clear, collaborative process, moving from measured survey and early ideas through 3D modelling, interactive review and visual presentation to statutory approvals, giving you confidence at each stage as the design develops.

SURVEY
We gather and organise measured information about the existing building and site, including structure, services, boundaries, access, orientation, natural light and key constraints, creating a reliable base for design decisions.

CONCEPT DESIGN
Early sketches and outline layouts explore the project’s possibilities.
This stage tests ideas, relationships, scale, light and flow before committing to a fixed direction.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The preferred concept is developed into practical, buildable layouts.
We refine room arrangements, circulation, structure, services, materials and regulatory considerations to create a coherent working design.

MODELLING
Plans and layouts are transformed into detailed 3D models, allowing the design to be tested spatially and understood more clearly before further technical development.

CLIENT INTERACTION
Clients receive BIMx 3D model links for review on iPad, tablet or desktop, allowing them to explore the project interactively, understand the spaces and provide informed feedback.

PRESENTATION
The design is developed into fully rendered visual material using Twinmotion, providing atmospheric images that communicate form, materials, light and character with clarity.

SUBMISSION
We prepare and coordinate the required drawings and information for Planning and Building Warrant submissions, presenting the design clearly for statutory review.

APPROVAL + CONSTRUCTION
Following review, approved Planning and Building Warrant drawings are issued with the relevant stamps and approvals, providing the formal documentation required before progressing to construction.
